Andres Almiray is a seasoned Java/Groovy developer and a Java Champion with over two decades of experience in the technology field. They have served as a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle from 2007 to 2010 and held various leadership roles, including Executive Committee Member of the Java Community Process from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Andres works as a Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle and continues to contribute as a Groovy Committer. Additionally, they are a co-founder of Hackergarten and Hack.Commit.Push, and the creator of JReleaser.
