Liz Soule Brainard is the Director of Audit, Security and IT Compliance at Optum Insight, a position held since 2015. They previously served as the Director of IT Compliance at Optum360 from 2015 to 2023 and as the Director of Optum PCI Compliance at UnitedHealth Group from 2013 to 2015, where they ensured compliance with payment card requirements across Optum businesses. Prior to their time at UnitedHealth, Liz was the Program Director at OptumHealth Financial from 2010 to 2013 and held a senior management role at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1988 to 1999. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Vermont in 1988.
