Kimberly Pratt is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Optum, where they oversee multiple divisions including Senior Living and SNF Patient Connect. With extensive experience in clinical operations, Kimberly has also held roles such as Sr Director of Clinical Services and Regional Vice President at Optum. Currently, they serve as a Clinical Services Manager at Evercare, supporting a team of Nurse Practitioners in long-term care facilities. Additionally, Kimberly is an Adjunct Faculty member at Eastern Mennonite University, teaching RN to BSN assessment courses. They hold a BS in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania and two MSN degrees from West Chester University and Villanova University.
