Khalilah Howard, LCSW, possesses extensive experience in behavioral health with a strong emphasis on case management and clinical services. From April 2022 to June 2023 at Optum, Khalilah served as a Behavioral Health Case Manager, where responsibilities included managing client treatment plans and maintaining high member satisfaction rates. Previous roles at Optum included EAP Specialist and EAP Counselor, focusing on needs assessments and enhancing employee satisfaction through collaboration. During tenure at Behavioral Health Link from 2012 to 2015, Khalilah held multiple positions, including Call Center Care Consultant and Mobile Crisis Clinician, contributing to patient care plans and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities. Khalilah also worked as a Care Coordinator Social Worker Sr. at WellStar Kennestone Hospital, where a collaborative approach was applied to meet patient needs. Khalilah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from Kennesaw State University.
