Currently serving as the Tri-State CAHPS/HOS Program Manager in Patient Experience, Jasmine specializes in enhancing performance on patient and employee experience surveys. With a strong background in labor management, employee development, and data analysis, they are a strategic leader in optimizing patient care and operational efficiency. Jasmine is also an active member of the NALHE Board and holds the position of Professional Development Chair for the NALHE Tri-State Chapter.
