Jana Mastandrea is a strategic talent acquisition leader with over 18 years of experience in transforming recruitment processes. They began their career as a Physician Recruiter at Albany Medical Center from 2007 to 2014 and later served as Manager of Physician Recruitment at Ellis Medicine until 2016. Jana has held various leadership roles in recruitment, including Director of Provider Recruitment and Operations at Provider Solutions & Development from 2021 to 2023, and is currently the Director of Clinician Recruitment for the West Region at Optum since 2023. They earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College.
