Our Health System includes the nationally recognized Optim Medical Center-Tattnall, Optim Surgery Center, Optim Medical Center-Screven. Optim Medical Center-Tattnall and Optim Surgery Center are both partially physician-owned in partnership with Surgery Partners.

SPECIALTY FOCUSED
Optim Heath System also operates over 20 clinics conveniently located across southeastern Georgia which focus on orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. While these clinics are owned and managed independent of clinics owned and operated by Optim Orthopedics, Optim Health System’s clinics are aligned as part of the collaborative network the organizations share in serving the communities throughout southeastern Georgia and Beaufort County South Carolina. Optim Health System also includes a collaborative partnership with Spivey Orthopedic Clinics and other notable orthopedic practices across the region.

Together this network of highly trained medical staff and board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians offer comprehensive, specialized treatment in multiple areas including orthopedics, neurosurgery, interventional pain management, physical and occupational therapy, and athletic trainers.

Team members ensure accurate coding compliance, optimize revenue operations, and manage revenue cycle processes to enhance financial performance, while upholding the system's commitment to safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care.

Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Team

The Finance Team at Optim Health System, led by the Chief Financial Officer and including the Financial Staff Accountant and Director of Finance, ensures the financial health and sustainability of the organization. They manage budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, oversee revenue cycle management, and maintain financial reporting and compliance. This team plays a critical role in securing resources to support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate healthcare services across the extensive network of facilities and clinics within the system.

Finance Team

The Healthcare Management team at Optim Health System oversees the administration and coordination of medical services provided by the network's facilities. The Director Of Physician Practices manages the operational aspects of physician services to ensure optimal patient care. The Director Of Development And Physician Relations cultivates and maintains relationships with physicians to align clinical practices with the system's high standards of care. The Orthopaedic Surgeon provides specialized medical expertise in orthopedic surgery, contributing to the system's mission to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare.
