Jorge Armando Martinez Amaral has extensive experience in leadership roles within support and operations management, currently serving as Sr. Director Support & Solutions Services and Country Manager for Mexico at Oportun since February 2015. Prior to this, Jorge held various positions at Progreso Financiero, including OSG Director and OSG Manager, from August 2010 to January 2015. Jorge's career began at Teletech, where responsibilities included WF Manager from 2005 to 2010. Jorge has pursued professional development through certifications in Leadership Soft Skills and Executive Coaching from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has attended Universidad Iberoamericana León for further educational pursuits.
