Beatriz Vidal is currently the Regional Director of Global Business Operations at Operation Smile, overseeing initiatives in Guatemala and Panama since 2023. Prior to this role, Beatriz was the Coordinadora de Proyectos de Recaudación at Fundación Ronald McDonald from 2018 to 2023. Beatriz also owned a business at Verana Spa from 2011 to 2016. They are currently pursuing education at Universidad Rafael LandÃvar.
