Josh Fiala is a seasoned professional in customer success and program management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success at OpenLoop since March 2024, after holding roles such as Manager of Implementation and Client Launch Coordinator. Prior to this, Fiala spent nearly three years as the Pet Support Services Manager at the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, Inc., where five community programs were managed to promote pet retention and wellness. Previous experience includes roles at Wells Fargo as a Business Support Associate, VoxxLife as a Wellness, Performance, Safety & Pain Management Advocate, and various positions in expense management and consulting. Fiala holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has engaged in ongoing education through the School of Greatness since 2014.
