Samraat Deol is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at OpenGov Inc. India since October 2023, Samraat previously held significant roles including Site Lead - Operations at VFI SLK, where responsibilities included establishing and scaling a team for a major project supporting VOYA.com customers. Prior to VFI SLK, Samraat was a Senior Manager Operations at Honeywell International, focusing on expanding captive operations, and a Manager Operations at IBM Global Process Services, where management involved support for a large-scale e-commerce program with Amazon.com. Additionally, Samraat co-founded Manifest.Design and worked as a Developer Support & Vendor Manager at Salesforce.com, overseeing Tier 2 Dev Support operations.
