Rohit Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and engineering roles within the telecommunications and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Manager at Open Systems since February 2021, Rohit also holds membership positions at the National Cyber Safety & Security Standards and the Data Security Council of India, both initiated in April and March 2019, respectively. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Ericsson and Specialist at IBM. Rohit began a career as an IP Engineer at Nokia, where responsibilities included managing and troubleshooting ISP networks, specifically for Vodafone, involving traffic engineering and support for multi-generational network services. Rohit earned a Bachelor's Degree from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University from July 2008 to June 2012.
