Carmen Truong is currently the FSQA and Regulatory Manager at Open Farm Pet, where they apply their expertise in HACCP and food manufacturing. Previously, they held various quality control roles at Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. and worked as a Pharmacy Assistant at Lovell Drugs Limited. Carmen earned a Diploma of Education in Pharmaceutical and Food Science Technology from Durham College, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Columbia International College and as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Commercial Bakeries Corp.
