Dr. Maxwell Loko is currently the VP of Public & Government Affairs and has served as the Executive Director at OPay from 2023 to 2024. In addition, Dr. Loko has been the Managing Director at TV Broadcast Company Ltd. since 2021 and previously held the role of Managing Director at the Nigerian Television Authority from 1994 to 2021. Since 2012, they have directed operations at NTA STAR TV NETWORK (STARTIMES). Dr. Loko is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Political Economy from Nasarawa State University and advanced studies in Broadcast Management.
