Ralph Pohlmann is currently the Plant Director for the Clean Energy Systems division at Plastic Omnium in Compiègne. Since 2023, Pohlmann has served as the Product Line Director for Pressurized Hydrogen Tanks at OPmobility. Previously, from 2018 to 2024, Pohlmann held several roles at Plastic Omnium, including Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering activities for fuel systems for several major automotive brands. Pohlmann also managed validation labs and led teams focused on the development of mechatronic components and fuel systems. Pohlmann holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Science des matériaux from the Institut des Sciences de L'Ingénieur de Toulon et du Var.
