Adoni Ioannou is currently the BD & Strategy Lead for EMEA and APAC at OP Labs PBC, directing sales and business development initiatives. Previously, Adoni held senior roles, including Managing Director for Japan at Xandr, and Head of Business Development for EMEA at Immutable. Adoni also founded the Japan office at AppNexus, where they served as Country Manager. They have completed an MBA internship in Operations & Technology at Biogen Idec and hold a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College.
