Tanya S. is a seasoned product engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and directing engineering teams across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Ontra since November 2025, Tanya has held prior roles including Sr. Engineering Manager at both Strava and Patreon, and Director of Engineering at Reforge, where responsibilities included driving growth and experience engineering initiatives.
