Syed Haroon Rashid is currently the Country Manager at Ontex, managing operations and business strategies in Pakistan since 2014. They previously served as General Manager - Marketing at Tapal Tea (Pvt) Ltd from 2005 to 2011, where they led strategic planning and brand development. Prior to that, Rashid held various roles including Brand Manager at Glaxosmithkline from 1996 to 2005 and Product Manager at Lakson Tobacco Company Limited from 1991 to 1996. They earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from California State University-Fresno between 1988 and 1990.
