Sjuck de Bordes is a Global Director of Total Rewards with over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing reward strategies in complex international environments. Currently, Sjuck serves as the Compensation & Benefits Leader for Europe at Owens Corning, where they manage employee benefits and lead wellness and diversity initiatives. Their past roles include Senior European Benefits Manager at Newell Rubbermaid and Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA at The Dow Chemical Company, where they achieved significant policy harmonization and M&A integration. Sjuck holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Political Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
