Dr. Christian Leuprecht is an award-winning Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada and currently serves as the Director of the Institute of Intergovernmental Relations at Queen's University. With extensive experience in both academia and military affairs, they hold various prominent positions including Director and Editor-in-Chief for the Canadian Armed Forces and Munk Senior Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute. Dr. Leuprecht has also contributed to several esteemed organizations, including the World Customs Organization and the International Sociological Association, where they served as President. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in political studies from Queen's University in 2003.
