Ontario One Call is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates excavation locate requests to ensure homeowners, excavators and infrastructure owners are safe when digging.

Ontario One Call notifies infrastructure owners of excavation requests. These members then deliver locates, minimizing the risk of infrastructure damage, loss of utilities, injury, and monetary consequences.

Our Mission
We protect Ontario Communities from the loss of service and harm caused by damages to underground infrastructure by educating the public on the need to Call Before You Dig.

We provide a locate request process that is reliable, timely and easy to use.
