Wendy Beth Oliver is the Chief Legal Officer at OnPoint Community Credit Union, Oregon's largest state-chartered credit union. With over 30 years of experience as a financial services attorney, Wendy has previously held roles as General Counsel at both OnPoint and Aven, and as Assistant General Counsel for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Wendy holds a JD from Duke University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan, alongside significant compliance and legal expertise developed through work with numerous banks and fintech companies. Currently, Wendy oversees the legal department and government relations while providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management.
