Alex Tishkov is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in telecommunications and eCommerce. As the Chief Business Development Officer at Onliner since 2025, they lead initiatives that drive digital transformation and growth. Previously, Tishkov served as the Head of Sales at МТС Беларусь, where they achieved significant revenue and market share growth while managing a team of over 300 employees. They hold a degree in Radio and Television from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
