Tiago Perestrelo de Lemos is an experienced professional in customer success and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at OneStock since January 2025. Previously, Tiago held the position of Head of Customer Engagement at Crownpeak from January 2023 to December 2024, and at Attraqt from March 2020 to January 2023, where Tiago was involved in enhancing ecommerce experiences through innovative platforms. Prior roles include Head of Customer Engagement at Early Birds—acquired by Attraqt—and various positions at Taboola, culminating as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Tiago holds a Marketing Management Degree from IADE and completed Disruptive Digital Education at EDIT. in 2015.
