Laura Hardy is currently the Director of Environmental Projects and Programs at ONEOK, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Environmental Health, Safety & Security at Magellan Midstream Partners from 2004 to 2018, where they also held roles as Sr. Manager of Human Resources and Manager of Training and Staffing. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Training Facilitator at NORDAM from 1999 to 2003. Laura earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education with a focus on Music Therapy from the University of Kansas and a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
