Gergely Toth is a senior digital and customer experience leader with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and large-scale digital transformation. They have held various leadership roles at Vodafone Hungary, including Head of Omnichannel Customer Experience & Design, where they were instrumental in launching the One brand and improving omnichannel service design. Gergely also served as the Design Lab Lead and Digital Transformation Lead, successfully implementing structured service design frameworks and leading digital initiatives. Currently, Gergely serves as the Head of Omnichannel Customer Experience & Design at One Hungary and has a postgraduate degree in Service Design from MOME Budapest.
