Tess Mercader has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked at ON Semiconductor since April 1980. Currently serving as the Planning Section Manager, Tess has also held the position of Director of Procurement and Planner during the tenure. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lyceum of the Philippines.
