Roveendra Paul possesses extensive experience in product design and management, with a notable tenure at onsemi from September 2015 to June 2022, where Roveendra held the positions of Senior Director of Product Design and Director of Product Management. In the role of Senior Director, Roveendra established and currently oversees a Module Design team of 25 skilled engineers. As Director, Roveendra successfully launched a revenue-generating EV Traction business unit, achieving over $500M in annual revenue. Prior to onsemi, Roveendra worked at International Rectifier for over 14 years, advancing through roles from Senior Device & Integration Engineer to Principal Product Engineer, focusing on high power MOSFETs and IGBT technologies. Roveendra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, completed in April 2024.
