Long Lam is an executive engineering leader with over 36 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in power discrete and module product and test development. They served as Sr. Director of new product development in high power products at onsemi, where they manage a global team focused on high-power solutions for various industrial and automotive applications. Long has held several senior leadership roles at ON Semiconductor, overseeing product engineering, technology development, and operations. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and National Technological University, respectively.
