HK Kow is the Director of Test Development PE and Characterization Labs at ON Semiconductor. With 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, they possess key expertise in product and test development across various portfolios, including analog mixed signal, power discrete, and power modules like SiC and IGBT. Previously, HK served as a Senior Test Development Manager at onsemi, leading test development teams and developing strategies for new product introduction and cost improvement. They began their career as a Product Engineer at Samsung Display, where they contributed to high-volume production and product quality improvement. HK earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University.
