Kimberly Haught is an HR leader with nearly two decades of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. They began their career as a Behavioral Management Therapist/Social Worker, working in mental health before transitioning to recruitment roles in various industries. At PLS Logistics Services, they served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, managing full life-cycle recruitment projects, and also held senior positions at companies such as CSG and Mortgage Connect. Currently, Kimberly is a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Omnicell, where they focus on innovative hiring strategies and global team collaboration. They earned a B.A. in Psychology, Economics, and French from Saint Vincent College.
