Sathya Santhakumaran is an experienced professional in process improvement and innovation, currently serving as the Process & Innovation Associate Director at OMERS since May 2020, following a tenure as the Process Design & Innovation Manager. With previous roles at OMERS as a Senior Process Excellence Lead and at TELUS as a Process Improvement Consultant and Business Analyst II, Sathya has demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.
