Willian Vargas Tumbaco is a technology infrastructure specialist with over 14 years of experience in managing disruptive technologies, high-availability infrastructure, and data center management. Currently serving as the Head of IT at OMARSA S.A., Willian has previously held positions such as Infrastructure Engineer at BANRED S.A. and Technical Support Specialist at Cartimex S.A. Willian holds a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universidad de Guayaquil and is pursuing a Master’s in Project Management at ESPAE Graduate School of Management. With a strong focus on digital transformation and optimizing IT resources, Willian is also certified in key technologies such as AWS and Azure.
