Susan Yost is an accomplished Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer currently leading a 45+ HR organization at Old Republic Title. With a robust background in human resources, they previously served as Chief People Officer at Vivify Health, where they developed and executed human resources strategy to support business goals. Yost has held various HR leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Vice President of Human Resources at Marco Technologies and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Old Republic Title. They began their career in executive recruiting at Russell Reynolds and have continued to advance in the HR field through significant positions at Medtronic and Valspar. Yost is currently pursuing further education at the UMN Carlson School of Management.
