Alicia M. is a highly accomplished leader with expertise in sales transformation and revenue strategy. They began their career as a Legal Assistant at Steyer Lowenthal Boodrookas Alvarez & Smith before advancing to management roles at Poplicus and Collective[i]. Currently, Alicia serves as the Director and Chief of Staff to the CRO at Okta, while also operating as Principal and Chief Executive at Blueprint Strategies Group since 2017. They hold a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
