Enzo Bianchi initiated a marketing career in 1973 at Unilever Central America before joining British American Tobacco Co. in 1978, where they held various senior marketing and sales positions, concluding as Regional Marketing Director in 1993. In 1995, Enzo founded Molina Bianchi y Asociados in El Salvador, which later became affiliated with Ogilvy & Mather, where Enzo currently serves as President. Under their leadership, Ogilvy & Mather El Salvador has consistently ranked among the top three agencies in the country, providing a range of strategic communications services. Enzo has also held leadership roles in various advertising associations throughout their career.
