Mikaela McLean is an accomplished Senior Product Designer currently at Ofload since January 2024, with previous experience as a Senior Experience Designer at Symplicit, where behavioural research guided design and digital delivery strategies. Notable projects include workshops with Transport for NSW to validate customer journeys for a future ticketing solution. Mikaela's earlier roles as a UX/UI Designer and Junior UX/UI Designer at PIRATE.COM involved leading design processes and conducting research on gender inclusivity, alongside various cross-functional projects. Prior experience includes roles at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, contributing to a Customer Portal and Ecommerce website, and as the first UX Design intern at NZTE.
