Sara Toscano is an experienced process and production engineer currently employed at ofi since October 2021. Prior to this, Sara served as a production engineer at Olam from May 2019 to October 2021 and held the position of operations trainee. Earlier experience includes a process development internship at Corbion, focusing on downstream process design and experimental validation, as well as an international introduction program coach role at Delft University of Technology. Sara began her career as a process design engineer at Intratec Solutions, where responsibilities included conceptual design and economic feasibility assessments for industrial processes. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Bioprocess Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a program in Food Sciences and Technology from ISA Lille.
