Helen Tibbetts is currently the Principal of Enforcement at Ofcom, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked at Ofgem as the Head of Retail Compliance from 2023 to 2024, and held various roles at the Financial Conduct Authority from 2010 to 2011. They also served as an Associate at KPMG in 2005-2006. Helen earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Arts in Economics from The University of Sheffield.
