Rob Mondy currently serves as a Board Member for IAFO, having been nominated and voted onto the Board of Directors in September 2022, with a focus on leadership and increasing participation among members. Since August 2018, Rob has been a high school football and baseball official for MSHSAA. At O'Fallon Casting, Rob has held multiple roles since September 2007, including Project Manager/Environmental and Safety Coordinator, as well as Casting Cleaning Operator/Straightener.
