Ingjerd Morland Nettestad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in corporate human resources management. Currently serving as VP Corporate HR at Odfjell SE since October 2019, Ingjerd has previously held various senior HR roles at Oceaneering, including Sr. HR Manager for Europe and HR Manager for Asset Integrity. Ingjerd's earlier career includes HR leadership positions at A2G Gruppen AS and Vital Forsikring ASA, along with foundational HR roles at Polaris Industries and DaimlerChrysler. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, as well as additional studies in Labor Law at the Norwegian School of Economics and Styrekompetanse at BI Norwegian Business School. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and German was obtained from Concordia College.
