Justin Steinke is the co-founder and Vice President of Operations at Evergreen Innovations, where they led R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Engineering, and Compounding from the company’s inception in 2018 until 2024. Subsequently, they assumed the role of Chief R&D and Technical Officer at Odele Beauty. Prior to these positions, Justin worked as an R&D Manager at The Watkins Company and as a Research and Development Chemist at Apex International Mfg, Inc., specializing in formulation and scale-up processes. They began their career as an Analytical Chemist at Pace Analytical, focusing on HPLC and ICP-OES analysis. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, completed in 2009.
