Batuhan Çiftsüren is the Head of Data Analytics & Performance Management at Odeabank, a role held since 2023. Prior to this position, Batuhan served as the Data Analytics and Performance Management Manager at Odeabank, and before that held the title of Business Intelligence and Reporting Vice President at KKB Kredi Kayıt Bürosu from 2014 to 2023. Batuhan began their career as a Risk Analysis Specialist at Garanti Bank from 2011 to 2014. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi and a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from İstanbul Üniversitesi, supplemented by studies in Business Administration at Slezská univerzita v Opavě.
