Ludo Mackenzie is the Co-Head of Real Estate Debt at Octopus Capital, a position held since 2013, where they established the Commercial debt platform and manage multiple commercial real estate debt funds. Prior to Octopus, Ludo was a Partner at Melford Capital Advisers Ltd from 2009 to 2013 and served as Associate Director at JLL from 1995 to 2004, managing pension fund accounts. Ludo also worked as a Director at Janus Henderson Investors in the UK from 2004 to 2009, overseeing the UK Property Fund. They hold a degree in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
