Jean Baptiste Boulay has extensive experience in the agricultural and crop science sectors, holding key leadership roles at Bayer from 2014 to 2025, including Managing Director of Bayer SA and General Manager for North Africa, as well as Head of Country Group for the Middle East. Responsibilities included managing regional operations, developing business strategies, and optimizing profitability in complex environments. Boulay also served as Head of Green Business, focusing on sales development in France, and held the position of Key Account Manager, where strategic objectives and commercial policies were established. In April 2025, Boulay transitioned to OCP Group as Executive Vice-President for OCP Nutricrops within the Nutrition Solutions Business Unit.
