Ned Mossman is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in value-based care and quality improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Value Based Care and Quality as well as the Director of Social and Community Health at OCHIN, Inc., since March 2014, Ned has also held roles such as Principal Social Determinants of Health Lead and Program Manager for SDOH and Value-Based Care, and Quality Improvement Advisor. Prior to this, Ned worked at the Oregon Osteoporosis Center from August 2002 to March 2014, where roles included Associate Director and Research Associate. Ned holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Anthropology from Oregon State University.
