Qing Hao Sim, MICS, currently serves as a Senior Manager in Network Planning at Ocean Network Express, focusing on Asia Network and Feeder Procurement since February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Procurement Manager, overseeing Terminal Procurement. Previously, Qing Hao held the position of Deputy Manager at Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd., negotiating contracts across various regions including Northeast Asia and Europe, while also liaising with the Liner and Planning Department. Earlier experience includes working as a Policy Analyst at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, where Qing Hao reviewed policies and assessed tariffs for terminal services, as well as an internship at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore, researching hawker food pricing. Qing Hao holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Economics from the National University of Singapore and completed professional education at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
