Simon D Boal has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple companies. Beginning with Grafton Recruitment in 2015, Simon engaged in cash management, hospitality services, and facilities management. As an Excursions Leader at UK Language Courses from 2017 to 2019, Simon led students from different countries on educational excursions, enhancing their understanding of modern London and the English language. Simon transitioned to a Digital Banking Advisor role at Santander UK, where valuable customer account management skills were developed alongside a focus on security. Following this, Simon served as an FX Analyst at Citi, honing skills in troubleshooting and client communication. Currently, Simon holds the position of Technical Services Analyst at Telefónica Tech, demonstrating strong technical capabilities and a commitment to client service.
