Ernest Phang is the Managing Director and Head of HR Corporate Services at OCBC Bank, a role they have held since 2000. Previously, they served as Human Resources Manager at Cerebos Pacific Limited from 1996 to 2000. In their current position, they oversee various centers of excellence, including rewards, talent acquisition, and risk management. Ernest earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics with First Class Honours from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology between 1986 and 1989.
