Sally Takada currently serves as the Associate Dean for Artistic Programming and External Relations and Conservatory Giving Director at Oberlin College since November 2017, where key achievements include leading a fundraising program with a portfolio of 215 households, significantly growing the Conservatory's giving day donations, and establishing a new giving society. Additionally, Sally is the co-founder and Executive Director of Harpa International Music Academy USA, working alongside Sibbi Bernhardsson to develop an intensive summer music program. Prior experience includes roles as a fundraising consultant, Development Director at various institutions, and a focus on arts administration and major gifts at organizations like the WonderLab Museum and Indiana University Bloomington. Sally holds a BA in Economics and Music from Barnard College and a Master of Music in Cello from the New England Conservatory of Music.
